CONVENIENT RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

We offer a 100% satisfaction guaranteed buying experience. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, your online purchase may be returned within 30 days of the original shipping date (applies to online only purchases - showroom policies may differ). Special Orders, Custom/Bespoke Items, & Diamonds are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. To return items please follow the following procedures:

  1. Contact our customer service department at (813) 803-6917 or login into your account to initiate exchange/return. 
  2. We will arrange an RMA number return authorization and email you a fully insured federal express label with detailed instructions for packaging.
  3. Contact Federal Express at 1-800-463-3339 for a convenient pick up and request packing materials or simply take your label to the nearest FedEx location for return packaging assistance.
  4. Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks in the form of the original purchase method.

Additional Terms & Conditions

  • Each of our products comes with an ID security tag attached. The tag allows you the customer to examine the product before making your final decision. All products must be returned with the original tag intact and adhered to the piece.

  • Mavilo reserves the right to refuse open packaging or used products if it appears that a product has been damaged, used, or worn. The product must be returned in new and unused condition in order for a full refund. Please ensure that the package has been properly packaged with all the related items, in a new FedEx box, and is returned to Mavilo the same way it was shipped.

  • Any and all items related to the product sent to the customer by Mavilo must be returned to Mavilo. This may include but is not limited to the diamond certificate and appraisal if applicable. Mavilo will charge $75.00 if the appraisal is not returned and $150.00 if the Diamond Report/Certificate is not returned. Mavilo will not accept the returned product, or will only refund a partial amount to the customer if the related items are not returned with the product.

  • If the product being returned is due to a claimed defect or fault with said product, the customer must indicate whether they prefer a refund or a replacement. If the product is defective or damaged, Mavilo will refund 100% of the full purchase price of the item, the taxes if applicable, and shipping.

  • Definition: Special Orders are purchases of items that are not in-stock inventory and have to be produced. Custom designed jewelry is jewelry that has been created as a “one-off” or one of a kind item. Custom designed jewelry and special orders are not refundable online or as an in-store purchase. 

Mavilo does not offer cash or credit/debit refunds for in-store purchases. Mavilo does offer exchanges for undamaged and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the purchase, with the receipt and all items related to the merchandise. Altered is defined as any item that has been sized, modified, set with stones, engraved, or otherwise customized at your request.
