 Mavilo's state-of-the-art, 5-star service department is designed with your convenience in mind. Having invested significant time and resources to create a convenient, seamless and personalized experience, we don't think anyone can compare to what we can offer with our highly trained and skilled staff, advanced equipment (including laser technology), quality control process, and advanced back-end systems. Another differentiator: your jewelry will never leave our premises until you come and pick it up, because we have the in-house staff to handle every service internally and expertly. We are sticklers for delivering on time and will do everything we can to meet your deadline, especially for time-sensitive pieces like engagement rings.

When you bring an item in, you will meet a dedicated customer service representative in our receiving area. They, along with one of our three master jewelers, will evaluate your item. We update your digital customer profile with all of the details of the service, including photos of the item, copies of CAD drawings/renderings, scanned images and revised appraisals. All items go through our Polishing Department to bring out the brilliance of the piece and continue through a two-step Quality Control process before we prepare your item for pick-up or shipping.

You will be notified that your service has been completed via the communication preference indicated when the job was created; email, text or phone. We find that many of our customers appreciate the convenience of an email or text, but you can always check the status of your order anytime by calling us at 813-877-8663 and providing your claim number. Please keep in mind that Mavilo will only work on pieces that we are confident we can service to your satisfaction.
